The role involves working 1:1 with children with Extremely Challenging Behaviour, Autism, ADHD, Aggression, SEMH, PMLD, Looked After Children, CSE/CSA, those who are at risk of harm to themselves or others as well as individuals with Attachment difficulties. Due to the children’s requirements/ personal circumstances experienced support workers (Mental Health, care and youth), security, residential, SEN trained TAs, children’s services and sports coaches will be favoured.
