      <description>Location: Lingfield | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | SEN Support Worker / Buddy in Lingfield, Surrey (RH7). A fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, energetic, and highly capable professional to support an 18-year-old young woman as she transitions into university life and develops greater independence.   Salary/Wage:  £23.00 gross per hour | Approx. £41,710.00 gross per annum (based on 39 weeks per year)  Driving Requirements:  Yes, own car required for travel to and from the family home and whilst on duty (mileage paid)  Essential:  Experience supporting young people or adults with learning disabilities. Confident supporting individuals with epilepsy, including following seizure protocols and administering medication. Calm under pressure with a safe, consistent, and reliable approach.
