Support Worker

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated-Adult Support Workers-to join our team. You will be supporting adults with a range of needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care

• Support service users with mobility and moving & handling tasks

• Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues

• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

• Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times

Requirements:

• Valid DBS registered on the Update Service (mandatory)

• Moving & Handling Practical Training Certificate (must)

• Previous experience in adult care is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
