The Role This role is to work directly with the family of a very special 5-year-old girl with additional support needs. She has a rare genetic condition resulting in complex support needs. She is non-verbal and requires support with feeding, drinking, personal care and at times, the administration of medication. She would also enjoy local outings, playtime and stimulation with the right person. Building a long-term bond with this child is essential, so you would spend some time with the family, building knowledge of her personality and care needs to ensure she feels safe.
