Your Role and ImpactDirect Advocacy: Deliver compassionate day-to-day care and mentor-ship to vulnerable children and young people.Positive Intervention: Manage complex emotional, learning, and behavioural challenges with patience, de-escalation skills, and empathy.Safeguarding First: Actively protect and promote the safety and overall well-being of the individuals in your care.Team Integration: Partner seamlessly with an internal multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care plans are met.Clear Reporting: Keep precise records and maintain proactive, transparent communication with families, colleagues, and external agencies.The CriteriaUK Experience: At least 6 months of paid experience in a UK childcare or youth support setting.Specialist Background: Direct experience supporting youth facing emotional, behavioural, or learning difficulties (including challenging behaviour).Credentials: A current Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service and the valid Right to Work in the UK.Licensing: A full UK Driving License is essential for this ..... full job details .....
