The main focus of this role is to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment after school. You will help to build confidence, develop independence, and engage in activities while providing a bit of respite for family. Key Responsibilities Engagement & Activities: Planning and sharing in fun, age-appropriate activities (e.g., arts and crafts, reading, baking, playing in the garden, or short outings to the local park). Routine & Life Skills: Supporting with afternoon routines, such as preparing a light snack and encouraging simple independence skills.
