The role focuses on promoting independence, safety, wellbeing and positive daily living routines across days, nights and weekends . ### Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful support in a Supported Living setting, promoting independence and choice. Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism to engage in daily activities, learning opportunities and community inclusion. Use break away techniques and de-escalation strategies to manage periods of distress safely and effectively. Maintain professional boundaries, dignity and confidentiality at all times. Support with personal care, medication prompts (where applicable), and daily living tasks. Encourage positive communication, routines and engagement using individualised support plans.
