Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Female Care Assistants to join a friendly and professional team at a nursing home in the GL7 area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months of relevant UK care experience (essential)

• Experience working in a nursing home or residential care setting

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• The right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)

What you''ll do:

• Provide personal care and support to residents

• Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

• Monitor residents'' wellbeing and report any concerns

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans
