      <description>Location: Derby | Salary: &amp;pound;15 - &amp;pound;17/hour | Type: Permanent | We are currently recruiting experienced  Complex Care Support Workers  for a full-time 2:1 package of care in the  DE1 area . About the Client   We are supporting an individual with complex clinical needs who requires specialist care within their own home. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Complex Care Support Workers who are confident working in a highly clinical environment while delivering compassionate, person-centred care.   Client''s Clinical Needs:       Pompe disease       Tracheostomy with 24/7 BiPAP ventilation (ventilator dependent)       Complex secretion management, including the use of an Ambu bag       Gastrostomy (PEG) for all nutrition and medication       Non-mobile and requires two carers for all moving and handling       Diagnosed with osteoporosis following a previous fracture       Receives enzyme therapy every two weeks, administered at home by trained nurses      Shifts Available       Full-time hours only       12-hour shifts       2:1 support package      Requirements   To be considered for this role, you must have:    ...</description>
