The Lighthouse has an opportunity for a Support worker to join our team. The Lighthouse is a 5 bed specialist residential home for young people aged 13-18 with complex mental health needs and associated risk taking behaviours. We are situated within walking distance from Stroud town centre allowing access from all major bus and train routes into the town. Our aim here at The Lighthouse is to ensure that the young people we invest in have the best residential experience in a therapeutic and homely environment. Care here is individually tailored to meet their needs and ensure the best outcome by investing in our young people''s future. You will be responsible for the supervision of our young people who display a range of behaviours relating to their mental health following their previous trauma.
