Support Worker

The Priory Ogilvie Court is looking to recruit Support Worker''s to join their team. This is a full time, permanent contract. Full Time, 37.5hrs p/week (X3 Shifts every week including alternating weekends)Shift Times: 08.00 - 20.30Salary: £13.20 p/hour Must be able to drive to site as no public transport links nearby / do not align with shifts. Ogilvie Court is located in Earls Colne, near Colchester. It offers residential support for 25 people with a primary diagnosis of a learning disability, and other associated needs. We can also support people who are on the autism spectrum and those who have physical disabilities. We are in a rural location, surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside. Our team are dedicated to providing the people we care for with the skills needed for them to live a healthier and happier life back in the community.It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people''s lives.
