Key Responsibilities Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household duties. Support in the community Promote a safe and nurturing environment. Maintain and update care reports as well as other documentation. Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals. Respect the privacy, dignity, and individuality of each person. Communicate effectively with managers and wider care teams.
