Support Worker - Part-Time

As a Support Worker with CrossReach, you will support people to live with dignity, comfort and independence. Your caring approach will help make each day positive and meaningful. What Your Day Could Involve Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks Helping with cooking, household chores and community activities Offering calm and reassuring support when needed Keeping accurate records and contributing to care plans Working early, late, weekend and sleepover shifts as part of a rota About You You are kind, reliable and respectful. You listen well and treat every person as an individual. You do not need care experience. What matters most is your values and willingness to learn. Ideally, you will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, or be willing to work towards it with our support.
