As a Support Worker at the Dick Stewart Service, you will play a vital role in assisting male exoffenders as they transition back into the community. Joining us on a temporary sixmonth contract, you will work closely with clients to provide structured support in daily tasks such as budgeting, personal care, and developing independent living skills. You will also contribute to the creation and implementation of personalised support plans, working alongside senior staff to ensure each client receives the care and guidance they need. This position requires flexibility, as you will work a varied shift pattern including day, evening, and sleepover shifts to help provide 24hour support for clients.
