My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services. Vacancy Brief: The vacancy is that of an Activities Coordinator Support Worker. This is a potential temp to perm vacancy based in Grantham. Part Time hours, 23 per week. Shift Pattern: 6pm 11pm The pay rate for this job is £13.98 per hour on PAYE OR £18.00 Umbrella This post will be shift based consisting of morning and lates. Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off schedule, primarily evenings. Full UK Driver s License and access to a vehicle is preferrable. A current Enhanced DBS covering Child and Adult workforce will be required for this job role. Supporting Service User group of or up to 21 if leaving care in self-contained single occupancy flats. The Responsibilities: Provide person-centered support to 12 young people aged living in self-contained flats within a large Grade II listed building. Collaborate with the manager to develop, plan, and deliver engaging evening activities and events from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
