As a Support Worker in our Young People''s Supported Housing Service, you''ll support young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to develop the confidence, skills and independence needed to move forward in life. Using a strengths-based approach, you''ll build trusting relationships, create outcome-focused support plans and help young people access education, training, employment, health services and opportunities within their local community. You''ll be a strong advocate, ensuring each customer''s voice is heard and their aspirations remain at the centre of the support they receive. You''ll work closely with colleagues, external agencies and community partners to promote wellbeing, manage risk, safeguard vulnerable young people and create positive outcomes.
