As an Agency Support Worker, you will work across a variety of care and support settings, providing high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs. We are looking for experienced Support Workers who can adapt confidently to different environments while promoting independence, choice, dignity, safety and wellbeing. About the Role Your responsibilities may include supporting individuals with their daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, accessing the community, appointments, activities and developing or maintaining independent living skills. You may support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, complex needs or behaviours that may challenge, depending on the requirements of the placement. You will be expected to follow individual support plans and risk assessments, maintain accurate and professional records and recognise and report any changes or concerns relating to an individual''s health, wellbeing or safety.
