      <description>Location: Hillingdon | Salary: 17.00-17.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Care Home Support Worker Location: Hillingdon, UB7 Pay Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour Hours: 8am-3pm, 11am 3pm, 3pm-9:30pm, 3pm-10pm, 4pm- 9pm, 10pm 8am (Night)  About the Role Nocturnal Recruitment are looking for experienced and compassionate Care Home Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities across North and North West London. The role involves supporting individuals in the care home and local community, promoting independence, building confidence and encouraging participation in meaningful activities. Support Workers must have experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, autism/ASD and challenging behaviour, including physical and verbal aggression. Personal care is a must as some clients are less able than others and need assistance.
