Support Worker No Experience

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of the children in our care, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. You will need to be flexible to work a shift-based rota of earlies and lates (no sleep-ins required) Experience or knowledge of supporting vulnerable young people is desirable Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child. Assisting with daily activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and recreational activities. Encouraging and supporting children to participate in educational and social activities. Building positive relationships with children, their families, and other professionals. Ensuring a safe and secure environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
