Support Worker- Nights

Description Egerton Road is located in Bexhill-on-Sea, in East Sussex. It offers residential support and neuro-rehabilitation for 11 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI) or a progressive neurological condition (PNC). We are just a short walk from the town centre and seafront. Our team are dedicated in supporting our resident to return individuals back into the community, via a programme of slow-stream rehabilitation. Independence, socialisation within the local community and daily routines are all actively encouraged. Egerton Road is geared specifically to cater for adults with an ABI in a supportive, family-like environment set within a residential space. What you''ll be doing We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide the highest standard of person-centred support and care, enabling the people who use our service to live with dignity, independence, and choice.Support workers are key workers, and provide direct support to our service users in support them to live there best lives.
