We are looking for Female Night Support Workers to join us at Bryn Y Wawr, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire. Bryn Y Wawr is a specialist residential service, supporting adults with learning disabilities who may have behaviours that challenge and with associated complex needs. We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration. About the Role: Working in a 24-hour 7 days a week service. Work shifts including nights only, and weekends as part of a dedicated team. Provide compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring dignity and respectSupport with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activitiesAssist with meal preparation and encourage a nutritious dietMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environmentPromote independence by supporting life skills such as budgeting and self-careEncourage participation in social and community activitiesFollow care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support guidelinesAdminister medication (after training) and ensure health and safety complianceMaintain accurate records and participate in handoversWork shifts including days, nights, and weekends as part of a dedicated team ..... full job details .....
