This role involves providing essential assistance and guidance to adults, to help them achieve their personal development goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about person centred care and have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment. We have various full time and part time opportunities in Winkleigh, Inwardleigh and Thorndon Cross. The working pattern covers Monday to Friday, alternate weekends, waking nights and sleep-ins.
