About the Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to the individual needs of tenants. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help promote independence, wellbeing, inclusion, and quality of life while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and review of individual support and care plans. Support tenants to develop and maintain independent living skills, including personal care, domestic tasks, social skills, and community engagement.
