This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification who may be coming straight from industry and is looking to move into education. You do not need to be a qualified teacher, but you will need the right attitude, patience, confidence, and a genuine interest in helping young people succeed. Initially, you will join as a support worker , working closely with SEND learners in a practical motor vehicle environment. Over time, the client will support and develop you with a view to progressing into a teaching role within around 12 months, once you are settled.
