The role involves providing practical, emotional and social support to adults with enduring mental health needs, helping individuals work towards greater independence and achieve their personal recovery goals. You will work alongside clients to identify their goals, develop resilience and practical life skills, maintain their accommodation and access appropriate services and opportunities within the community. The role also involves working with individuals with complex needs and dual diagnosis, where required.
