Support Worker - Mental Health and Complex Needs

Sounds great, what will I be doing? As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health and complex needs, helping them to build independence, maintain their wellbeing and achieve their personal goals. You will work closely with service users and partner agencies to develop and review support plans, promote community engagement, support access to health, education and employment opportunities, and ensure accurate record keeping while contributing to a safe and positive environment.
