Support Worker

Job Purpose

To provide high-quality, person-centred support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Care/Leaving Care backgrounds. The Support Worker will promote independence, emotional wellbeing, safety, and positive outcomes while maintaining a nurturing and structured environment.
