The successful candidates will provide person-centred care and support to individuals in a residential care setting, helping them with their daily activities and promoting their overall wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans. Assist service users with personal care, hygiene, dressing and daily living activities where required. Promote independence, dignity, choice and respect at all times. Support individuals with mobility, daily routines and social activities. Monitor and report changes in service users physical or emotional wellbeing. Maintain accurate care records and report incidents or concerns promptly. Follow safeguarding procedures, health and safety policies, and infection control guidelines. Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care. Essential Requirements Full and valid Right to Work in the UK.
