Support Worker

As a Support Worker at Siena Court, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day lives of our residents, helping them to live with dignity, independence and comfort. You will work as part of a close-knit, caring team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual''s needs and preferences. This role is suitable for both experienced carers and those looking to begin a career in health and social care - full induction and on-site training are provided. Key Responsibilities • Providing personal care including washing, dressing, grooming and continence support with dignity and respect • Assisting residents with moving and handling using appropriate equipment and safe techniques • Supporting residents with mealtimes, nutrition and hydration • Helping individuals to maintain their independence and participate in meaningful daily activities • Assisting with medication administration in line with care plans and company policy • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents'' health, wellbeing or behaviour to senior staff • Contributing to accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation • Building warm, trusting relationships with residents, their families and colleagues • Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment • Following all care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures • Working collaboratively with Team Leads, registered nurses and other healthcare professionals • Attending team meetings, supervisions and mandatory ..... full job details .....
