      <description>Location: Darlington | Salary: &amp;pound;13.50 - &amp;pound;14.50/hour | Type: Contract | Support and contribute towards the planning and delivery of individual care, supporting in all aspects of daily living, as our client has physical, sensory &amp; cognitive disabilities and is wheelchair dependent.  Work with a treatment team of therapists (SALT, Physiotherapist &amp; Occupational Therapist) to complete therapy programmes, motivate &amp; engage the client in recreational &amp; educational activities. Experience in delivering therapy programmes is desirable but full training will be provided.  Experience of working with young adults with physical &amp; cognitive impairment is essential. The position is suited to someone who has a positive attitude plus the ability to motivate &amp; engage. The young man is a music enthusiast, loves comedy and likes to go out for food.  Someone with a musical interest would be preferable but not essential.  A current driving license is essential. Experience of driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle is preferrable.  Idealy, you wil hold an NVQ Level 3   NO SPONSORSHIP AND MUST HAVE UK REFERENCES</description>
