Support Worker | Hailsham & Eastbourne| Full Time (Part-time may be available) | £12.21 - £15.48 per hour

Jemini Response provides community-based, 24/7 residential care in Eastbourne and Hailsham. We support individuals with autism and learning disabilities, focusing on enhancing quality of life and developing lives through meaningful opportunities.

We are seeking Support Workers to deliver person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice, and independence. The role includes implementing care plans, supporting daily living, and contributing to a Positive Behaviour Support culture.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience or interest in supporting individuals with Autism and learning disabilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required

What will your role look like?

• Deliver high standards of care tailored to individual needs
• Support daily routines, including cooking, cleaning, and community access
• Assist with interventions and liaise with external agencies as required
