Support Worker Location: Hartlepool Pay: From £14.60 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay Reference: SW/Hartlepool/5Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Support Workers in Hartlepool to join our agency team and work across a range of local care services. You ll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.
