Salary: £35,000

We're looking for an ambitious, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and elevate the marketing function at JAM Care Complex Care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns
• Driving brand awareness and market presence
• Creating engaging content across digital, social media, email and print channels
• Managing LinkedIn, website content and social media activity
• Supporting client acquisition and business development initiatives
• Leading recruitment marketing campaigns that attract exceptional talent
• Creating case studies, videos, newsletters and promotional materials
• Planning and managing events, exhibitions and networking opportunities
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI
• Working closely with Directors and stakeholders across the business
• Managing external suppliers, agencies and creative partners where required

What We’re Looking For

• 3- 5 years' direct experience in a marketing role
• Experience within healthcare, social care, recruitment or professional service
• Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Strong digital marketing and social media expertise
• Exceptional written communication and content creation skills
• Experience using CRM and marketing platforms
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
