We are seeking Support Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to People We Support with complex health needs and those who need social support or community access.About the Role:As a member of one of our care teams, you will support young boys and girls with Learning Difficulties, ADHD, Complex Care Needs or Autism in the family home or out in the community. Current shift pattern:Day Shifts - 10 to 20 hours per week depending on your flexibility. Shifts can be any day of the week between Monday and Sunday. Start and finish times can also be flexible.
