The Client Andrew is a 51 year old gentleman who lives in his own home in Rochdale, supported by his existing care team providing 24 hour care.Andrew has an acquired brain injury which means that he is not able to communicate verbally although he does have limited hand gestures which support communication. He is unable to move around independently and uses an electric wheelchair for mobility. Andrew requires support in all areas of his daily life, including personal care. Interests and Hobbies Andrew enjoys his weekly hydrotherapy sessions although they do not currently fall within the shift times we are offering to candidates. He attends Rebound Therapy sessions weekly each... Permanent
