Support worker - RuislipHoward Finley Care are recruiting for a new Support worker to work within our clients small residential care home - . support worker vacancy details: 12.21 per hour36 hours per week availableWorking hours 7am - 7pmDay shift positions available specialises in mental health conditionsSupport worker main duties: Responsibilities:Provide person-centered support to individuals in their daily routines, helping them achieve their personal goals.Assist with activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, personal care, and medication administration.Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and any changes in service users'' needs or behaviour.Support individuals to access their local community and build meaningful relationships.You will play a key role in understanding how individuals are feeling, building trust, and helping shape a positive and supportive environment.Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users. Requirements:Previous experience in support worker roles specialising in mental health is preferred but not required - will take on someone with no mental health experience as they have excellent training programme.A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with service users.Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins if required.A valid driving ..... full job details .....
