This service supports people to overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their long-term goals. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a tangible difference in people''s lives. You will work directly with individuals facing homelessness and other complex needs, providing structured, person-centred support.Working Pattern: You will work on a 9-week rolling rota, covering early (07:00 - 15:30) and late shifts (13:00 - 21:30), including 3 weekends within each 9-week period.Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centred support, empowering individuals to progress on their recovery journey and achieve sustainable independenceBuild strong, therapeutic relationships using a psychologically informed and trauma-sensitive approachFacilitate client meetings and encourage active participation in decision-makingDevelop, implement, and regularly review individual support plans within required timeframesWork one-to-one with clients to achieve agreed goals and positive outcomesEnsure clients are supported to maximise benefits and manage personal finances in line with their ..... full job details .....
