The Role As a Support Worker, you will: Create and follow personalised support plans Promote daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity Contribute to risk assessments and management plans Help residents achieve personal goals Induct and mentor new staff as needed Shift patterns include: The role operates on a rota basis, with shifts including early, late and sleep-in duties. Typical shift times are: 07:00 - 15:00, 07:30 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:00, 12:30 - 20:30, 14:00 - 22:00, plus sleep-in shifts as required.
