This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), where you will be supporting individuals living with mental health needs, to live independently in their own purpose-built flats.As a Support Worker, you will:Provide tailored support to individuals in their own homesEncourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaningFollow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsEmpower people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling livesAbout YouWe are looking for people who are:Caring, reliable, and proactive, with a genuine desire to help othersAble to communicate effectively and adapt to different needsComfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidaysExperienced in a similar roleCommitted to equality, diversity, and person-centred supportHold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for workIt is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to do sleep-ins (minimum one per week - we make payments of at least 52.78 in addition to your basic pay).Hightown Benefits:Generous annual leave allowance of 33 days per year, including statutory bank holidays, rising to 35 days with service 25,857 pa for a 37.5 hour a week contract ( 13.26 ..... full job details .....
