Guided by our five core values, we work together to create an inclusive, respectful environment where people feel valued, supported and empowered to live as independently as possible.The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will:Create and follow personalised support plansPromote daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgetingSupport with medication and provide personal care with dignityContribute to risk assessments and management plansHelp residents achieve personal goalsInduct and mentor new staff as neededShift patterns include:The role operates on a rota basis, with shifts including early, late and sleep-in duties. Typical shift times are: 07:00 - 15:00, 07:30 - 15:30, 08:00 - 16:00, 12:30 - 20:30, 14:00 - 22:00, plus sleep-in shifts as required.Please note: lone working is required, so confidence, responsibility and clear communication are essential.About YouYou are caring, reliable and proactive, with a genuine desire to support others and work in line with our values.
