The main purpose of the role is to prepare individuals to move on to independent living in the community. Service users may step down from the intensive support service to high, medium or lower needs before moving into the community.  From the outset of an individual''s tenancy the focus of the support is on preparing them for their journey of recovery and independence over an agreed period. Our support service is provided 24 hours a day 365 days per year with tailored flexible support delivered in accordance with need.  What do I need to bring with me?
