We''re looking for caring, reliable and flexible Support Workers to join our Supported Living team across multiple properties in Stratford-upon-Avon. About the Role You''ll provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping customers develop independence, achieve their goals and enjoy active, fulfilling lives within their local community.This role involves working across several supported living services, so a full UK driving licence is essential.You''ll need flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including:Early shifts (7:00am-9:00am)Late shifts (3:00pm-10:00pm)Split shifts where requiredSleep-ins (10:00pm-7:00am, with shifts before and after)Waking nights (paid at an additional £1.50 per hour)Weekday and weekend shiftsAbout You We''re looking for someone who is:Caring, compassionate and reliableFlexible and able to work a varied shift patternA confident driver who can travel between servicesPassionate about supporting people with learning disabilities to live independentlyPrevious care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided.What We Offer£12.88 per hour, plus enhanced pay for waking nights25 days annual leave plus bank ..... full job details .....
