While there is not currently a rehabilitation team in place, this will be gradually implemented over the next 6 12 months, creating an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing, person-centred support arrangement from an early stage.About the RoleYou will provide person-centred support and companionship within the client s own home and out in the community.
