(REF: 318) Support Worker Haverford West Contract: Permanent Location: Haverford West Hours per week: 15 hours per week available Working pattern: To be discussed in interview Pay per hour: Weekday = £14 per hour Weekends/Bank Holidays = £14 per hour Closing date: Monday 23 November 2026 (Please note we reserve the right to close the advert earlier if we receive a high volume of suitable applicants) I m an adult gentleman who lives independently in my own home in Haverfordwest. I have acquired a brain injury following a road traffic accident and I experience difficulties with fatigue, anxiety and ongoing physical symptoms which can affect my day-to-day activities. I would benefit from a Support Worker who is calm, patient, reliable and consistent. It is important that the successful candidate takes time to build a positive working relationship with me and understands the impact my injuries and symptoms can have on my daily life. The role will involve providing practical support around the home, including household tasks and cleaning, as well as supporting me to access the community and attend the gym. You will play a key part in encouraging independence and helping me maintain a routine, whilst working towards my rehabilitation goals. The successful candidate will work alongside the Case Manager and professionals involved in my rehabilitation.
