We are currently recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This Support Worker role offers flexible working and the chance to make a real difference every day.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs. This role is ideal for a reliable and caring Support Worker who enjoys helping others and working as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities — Support Worker

• Provide daily support, including personal care

• Assist with medication in line with care plans

• Support individuals with routines and activities

• Encourage independence and social interaction

• Maintain accurate care records

Requirements — Support Worker

• Care Certificate or relevant care experience

• SSSC registration (or willingness to register)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, calm, and respectful approach

• Ability to work independently and in a team
