We are currently recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. This Support Worker role offers flexible working and the chance to make a real difference every day.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs. This role is ideal for a reliable and caring Support Worker who enjoys helping others and working as part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities — Support Worker

Provide daily support, including personal care

Assist with medication in line with care plans

Support individuals with routines and activities

Encourage independence and social interaction

Maintain accurate care records
Requirements — Support Worker

Care Certificate or relevant care experience

SSSC registration (or willingness to register)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Patient, calm, and respectful approach

Ability to work independently and in a team
