Support Worker

They offer a range of accommodation options designed to support young people aged 16 - 25 at different stages of their journey toward independence. The Role Our client is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to provide holistic, ongoing support to young people facing a range of challenges including mental health issues, homelessness, poverty, addiction, or ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences). You will build professional, trusting relationships to assess needs, arrange appropriate support, monitor progress, and empower each individual toward independent living. Duties: To remain alert throughout the day to ensure the safety of those our client supports.
