Support Worker Full Time

We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our well-established team. You ll be supporting a young lady living with Autism and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), in her own supported living home. Due to the complexity of her needs, she requires full-time 1-to-1 support. Your Role: You ll help promote independence while providing day-to-day support with: Cooking and meal preparation Cleaning and maintaining a safe environment Personal hygiene and self-care Accessing the community and participating in meaningful activities Companionship This is a highly rewarding role where your presence and support will make a real difference to someone s daily life.
