Support Worker Full Time

Rocasa Consulting are looking for passionate and experienced support workers who have knowledge in homelessness, housing, temporary accommodation, benefit support, and tenancy management

Role includes:

Resident Support & Case Management

Safeguarding, Risk & Crisis Management (ESSENTIAL)

Multi-Agency Working (ESSENTIAL)

Housing & Tenancy Sustainment (ESSENTIAL)

Administration & Compliance (ESSENTIAL)

Operational Responsibilities

About you:

• Proven experience supporting individuals with complex and multiple needs
• Strong background in:
  • Safeguarding and risk management
  • Multi-agency working
  • Housing-related support and tenancy sustainment
• Experience handling crisis situations and challenging behaviour
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage casework effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
