Support Worker Full Time

Assist patients with-personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.

Help patients with-mobility and transferring, such as moving between beds, wheelchairs, or walking with assistance.

Monitor and record-vital signs-(temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).

Support patients with-nutrition and hydration.

Assist nurses and healthcare professionals during-medical procedures and examinations.

Maintain-clean and safe patient environments, including bed making and infection control.

Observe and report-changes in patient condition-to nurses or senior staff.

Provide-emotional support and reassurance-to patients and their families.

Ensure patient-privacy, dignity, and confidentiality-at all times.

Accurately-document patient information-and care activities.

Require PMVA training-
